  • I use to work in Dubai for 10 years. Right now it's the peak of the heat and the summer holidays where most decision-makers are on annual leave. Thereafter (in about 3 weeks from today) you have Ramadhan which lasts for 30 days, followed by Eid festivities. Essentially nothing much happens by the National Emarati decision-makers during this period and one should factor a response a few weeks after Eid. Your best bet is the recruitment agencies who are very active, even at this time of year.
