Would like to know what kind of growth is available in the financial sector in a bnk?

I will be graduating in Apr 09 with an MBA. I want to work in a bank in an Analyst position, but don’t know what kind of growth is available further down the line. What are the duties & designations that are available for growing as a professional in the asset management sector of a bank?
